Better APC - Versatile All Purpose Cleaner

Better Car Care APC is a powerful, highly concentrated all-purpose cleaner suitable for an extensive range of interior and exterior vehicle cleaning tasks.

Its versatile formula removes grease, grime, marks and stubborn dirt from both hard and soft surfaces, leaving behind a clean, low-sheen and residue-free finish. The adjustable dilution allows Better APC to handle everything from intensive engine-bay degreasing and stubborn spot cleaning to routine interior maintenance, carpets and upholstery.

A 1-litre bottle can make up to 30 litres of ready-to-use cleaner, while the economical 5-litre size can make up to 150 litres. Decant the diluted product into a suitable spray bottle before use.

Recommended Dilutions

Mix Better APC with water at the following ratios:

• Neat: Maximum cleaning power and stubborn spot removal
• 1:5: Heavily soiled exterior areas, engine bays and degreasing
• 1:10: General-purpose interior and exterior cleaning
• 1:30: Delicate interior surfaces and sensitive finishes
• 1:50–1:200: Wet-vacuum and extraction cleaning

Always select the mildest dilution suitable for the task and test on an inconspicuous area before use.

Hard Surfaces

Suitable for areas including engine bays, door shuts, plastics and trim.

Apply the diluted cleaner to a cloth or spray it directly onto the surface. Agitate stubborn contamination using a suitable detailing brush when required.

After cleaning, buff thoroughly with a clean, soft microfibre cloth to produce an even, residue-free finish. Avoid overspray and do not allow the product to dry before buffing.

On delicate finishes, wipe the treated area with a damp cloth after cleaning and then dry using a soft microfibre towel.

Carpets and Upholstery

Spray the appropriately diluted product onto the material and work it into the surface using a soft brush or clean, colourfast cloth.

Avoid over-wetting the material and take care to prevent tide marks. If the finish appears uneven, lightly re-wet the area with clean water using a damp sponge and repeat the cleaning process if required.

Wet-Vacuum Use

Add Better APC to the machine’s clean-water tank at a dilution between 1:50 and 1:200, depending on the material and level of cleaning required.

Always follow the wet-vacuum or extraction machine manufacturer’s operating instructions.

Always test the selected dilution on a small, inconspicuous area before treating the entire surface.
